Trekking in Manuel Antonio area is great for short day hikes. Manuel Antonio National Park offers good hiking with four short marked trails in the park. The trails wind through rainforests, hills and beautiful beaches, offering both beautiful tropical scenery and wildlife. Local guides are available in the park for guided hiking tours. The private Fincas Naturales rainforest reserve near Manuel Antonio also has nice hiking trails available.
