Nightlife in Kiev (Kyiv)

Kiev is a city with an active outdoor entertainment culture available. The streets of the city center are filled with outdoor restaurants and bars, which gather local people to enjoy their entertainment facilities especially during the lovely Ukrainian summer. More than that, the city is also home of a wide variety of vodka bars, nightclubs, discos, and pubs which offer suitable entertainment to a wide variety of different tastes. Prices in Kiev's bars and nightclubs are by European standards quite low, but occasional safety problems of this lively city call for a little bit more attention than in most west European capitals.
