Kayaking in Faroe Islands

An archipelago of several small islands with high sea cliffs rising high above the blue water of the North Atlantic Sea, with fjords penetrating between into the islands, the Faroe Islands offer incredible surroundings for kayaking excursions. However, as the water around the islands is cold, and sea conditions unpredictable, the islands are not a suitable kayaking destination to beginners. Some equipment rental and kayaking excursions are available at Torshavn.
