Paros has a natural beauty with endless beaches, fertile valleys, rolling hills, olive groves and charming fishing villages good for hiking. Mt Profitis Ilias at 770m is the highest point of the island. There are a few walking paths on the island, such as the trail from Pródromos to Léfkes. Some tour operators also organize walking tours in Paros. Due to the relatively ling distances you usually need to take a bus or a taxi to get to the starting point of the hiking trail.
