The local Mexican cuisine is world-famous with a delicious blend of Indigenous and Spanish traditions. Mexican food is very colorful, hot and spicy. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas and many more are popular Mexican dishes. A local favorite dish in Cuernavaca is pozole, a corn, meat and vegetable broth.
